We are only 6 days int0 the new year and I've had a chance to catch up with a few clients on their post-holiday mindset and goals. So far, I'm LOVING the energy I'm getting from my clients and community on taking steps toward their best health ever in 2025.

One thing that comes up for a lot of my clients (me included!) at the start of the year is "getting back on track" with good health habits. We have these big goals of eating "clean" in January and yet we are still feeling the draw of the sugar cookies, chocolate and carbs.... especially in the 1st few weeks!
