And something really interesting happened. There was no more "messing up" or "starting over." Her food noise dropped significantly because she was no longer battling with herself everyday over her food choices. She knew how to diet (in fact, she was a pro!), but she didn't know how to live life without always dieting. She didn't know how to maintain. GLP-1s and other tools can absolutely be helpful, but they can't teach you how to build a life you don't need to constantly diet your way through. That's the deeper work that finally sets you free.
